• Britcar announces VRA as the official eSport partner to their series at the 2018 Autosports International Show adding themselves to the already strong portfolio of recognised & supported series being run by VRA. They also crown the winners of the 12 hours of Silverstone as the first Britcar eSport champions.
  • Having started work on the HUD Motorsport design in December 2017 VRA with the help of Turn 10 & Forza Motorsport is able to bring the teams winning GTCup Aston martin livery to the gaming world giving the team a new promotional opportunity in Sim Racing. VRA is also able to work closely with Slightly Mad Studios to also be able to reproduce the teams 2018 livery to a second platform sim platform on the critically acclaimed Project Cars 2.
  • With the FIA deciding to bring to an end the WTCC at the end of 2017, the VRA is once again able to be granted full media accreditation with the newly formed WTCR.
  • Following the success seen during the Autosport International show F1000 Uk joins up with the VRA to form its very own Sim Racing championship forming SimF1000. The series is officially launched on the 8th of February.
  • On the 16th of February HUD Motorsport announces VRA as a title sponsor for it GTCup, Britcar Endurance & Aston Martin Le Mans test days.
